I was very impressed, I will come back again! Jodi V.
First, let me say that the photographs of the B'not Mitzvah look great. When we planned this event, we didn't want it to be the standard assigned tables, where people are often seated with people they don't know, half the table is asked to get up and stand behind the other half of the table, and nobody looks happy. We wanted a 4-hour cocktail party where people mix with the people they want to mix with, and everybody has a good time. Your photos capture that. Pam's brother told me yesterday that the pictures are amazing and really capture the fun that we all had. Well done. Marc K.

In 1978 I moved to Houston from Montreal, Canada with my family. Upon graduation from Sharpstown Senior High School, I attended classes at the University of Houston. In 1980, my family opened a gift store in the medical center, and then in 1985 we established Mark's One Hour Photo.
After attending professional photofinishing school in Dallas and Los Angeles, Mark's One Hour gained recognition for both our quality and our service. People soon started asking me to photograph their family portraits. In 1995, the portrait work led to Bar/Bat Mitzvah and Wedding requests.
After 15 years of making portraits, taking classes, in July of this year I became Certified by the Professional Photographic Certification Commission.
"Those who have earned these certifications have passed a comprehensive written exam measuring their technical expertise, have successfully submitted their work to a panel of judges for review and approval, and abide by a professional code of ethics".
I delight in knowing that, for many families, I have helped to preserve cherished memories, and will continue to do so for many years to come.
